Use of Saint Gobain Glass on cupboards

Almost a decade ago, in a flat whose cupboards I got to design, I had ventured to use Saint Gobain glass on the cupboard panels. Above here, I have used yellow and combined them with a striped laminate. The sunny room was brightened even further with this play of colors.

Here the black is Saint Gobain glass. The picture doesn't do justice, unfortunately. It did actually look quite dramatic.

Finger jointed wood, though as expensive as OST-One Sided Teak, has been used for the kitchen.
Here too the cream is a cream-colored Saint Gobain glass which combined pleasantly with beige laminates.

This experimental work has stood the test of time, as even a decade later, in spite of rough use, neither has the glass cracked or come off.
